The BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, a magnificent place of worship, was inaugurated in February 2017, completing construction in an astonishing 24 months. This architectural marvel spans an impressive area, measuring 184.6 feet in length, 181.6 feet in width, and standing 74.6 feet tall. The entire structure, spanning 33,523.36 square feet, is meticulously crafted from stone without the use of any steel.

Designed in the enchanting Southern Shilpa Shaili by Sompura, the Mandir boasts a total of 23 beautifully adorned Samrans, with 7 of them being awe-inspiring giants that grace the surroundings. The intricate carvings on the Mandir were handcrafted in Rajasthan and then assembled in Lilburn, resembling an enormous 3-D puzzle. Supported by 140 exquisitely carved pillars, the Mandir stands as a testament to skillful craftsmanship.

Adding to its splendor, the Mandir is adorned with 109 stunning Torans, featuring an astonishing 10,269 intricately carved sculptures and deities, which represent the rich heritage of Maharashtra and India. These artistic creations pay homage to the profound devotion of Guruhari Pramukh Swami Maharaj, Guruhari Mahant Swami Maharaj, and all the dedicated Santo and Hari Bhaktos.

The Mandir’s construction material comprises Indian pink sandstone and red stone, lending a regal and vibrant aesthetic to its divine presence.
